DEAR LELA
Dear Lela is a Galician artisanal fashion brand born from the desire to create timeless, high-quality garments.
Each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted in Spain using natural fabrics, produced in small batches or made to order, embracing a more thoughtful and responsible approach to fashion.
We pay close attention to every step of the process, from selecting the materials to the final stitch, valuing craftsmanship, quality, and sustainability.
PRODUCTION
On our website, you'll find two types of products.
Pre-order
Items marked as pre-order are specially made for you once your order is placed. The production time is approximately two weeks.
In stock
Items that are not marked as pre-order are already made and ready to be shipped.
Whether you choose a pre-order or an in-stock piece, every garment is handmade following a thoughtful, artisanal production process.
We produce a very limited number of each design, making every piece exclusive and unique.
SUSTAINABILITY
The fabrics we use are pure linen or 100% CO percale cotton, with OEKO-TEX and GOTS certificates and are manufactured in Spain
In addition to the fabrics, all the materials necessary for the manufacture and shipping of the package are consciously chosen taking into account their composition and origin:
The labels are made of cotton and natural leather, the filling is cotton, the packaging that surrounds your orders is made of recycled craft paper or tissue paper, the rope is made of natural raffia and
the box is made with recycled cardboard
By producing on demand, no excess and unnecessary stock is generated.
QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY CERTIFICATES
OEKO-TEX CERTIFIED
It is the certificate that guarantees that a fabric is 100% free of toxins and chemical substances harmful to health and the environment.
For a fabric to obtain this certificate, it undergoes several tests that the product itself, the company that manufactures it and the production processes that are carried out must pass.
GOTS CERTIFIED
-Global Organic Textile Standard-
GOTS labeled fabrics are ecological, organic and have been produced with social and environmental responsibility
They are free of toxins and substances harmful to health and the environment since they are made with organically grown cotton and linen.
In addition to being environmentally conscious, they are socially conscious since the companies that produce these fabrics and those that grow the raw materials meet all work and living wage requirements.
EXCLUSIVENESS
Very few units of each garment are made and since everything is handcrafted it is impossible for two to come out the same.
This provides incalculable value to the product, a luxury that cannot be found in other types of products manufactured in an industrialized and mass manner.
In addition, you can make your order even more unique by personalizing it with your name, your initials, your favorite number, your dream destination or whatever comes to mind.
